Inside Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Executive with the drive and passion to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from their products and services (digital marketing). Your primary responsibilities will be to create lists of prospects, researching leads, starting new relationships, building pipeline, scheduling meetings, and setting up for success. You should be a quick learner who is coachable and wants to move forward in their sales career.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how their solutions meet needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales targets across multiple channels.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
  • Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, List Building, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally to co-lead the strategy, development, and measurement of sales enablement programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for a GTM strategy the team adopts over time.
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Primary Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets a plus.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software preferred.
  • 1-2 years knowledge or experience in retail/brand environment.
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
